Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. There is nothing on the outside that identifies the contents, and the sender name on the label is neutral. The courier sees an ordinary parcel.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout and the available options will appear automatically. A small number of PIN codes are not serviceable by our courier partners.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out the next working day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: typically 2–4 working days
- Other PIN codes: typically 4–7 working days
- Remote areas: up to 10 working days
Shipping charges
A flat shipping charge applies to every order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. The message is neutrally worded and does not name the product.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes. The parcel and label look exactly the same as a prepaid order.
Failed delivery
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-ship or a refund of the item value.
